What to Expect From Recruiters – Comrise Survey

In April 2021, CGCC member Comrise shared a survey with job seekers, asking for their expectations for the recruitment and hiring process. After receiving 1,946 responses, the survey was able to conclude three big takeaways regarding the participants (job seekers):

Which is most important during the job application process?

• 55.86% of participants said the salary range and benefits information included in the job posting was the most important.

Which is most important during the interview process?

• 43.93% of participants said a smooth & efficient interview process that is explained upfront was the most important.

Which is the most important post-interview?

• 40.95% of participants said a long-term relationship with the recruiter and updates on when similar jobs open up was the most important.
