On May 31st, 2023, China General Chamber of Commerce-USA (CGCC) visited Dr. Henry A. Kissinger to celebrate his milestone 100th birthday. CGCC Chairman, President and CEO of Bank of China U.S.A., Wei HU, and CGCC Board Director, President & CEO of SCG America Group Inc., Winfred ZHANG, joined Dr. Kissinger to celebrate his special day where they presented him with gifts and enjoyed friendly conversation.
Earlier this year, CGCC honored Dr. Kissinger with the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award at its 2023 Lunar New Year of the Rabbit Gala in recognition of his outstanding achievements as a pioneer and lifelong contributor to U.S.-China relations.
CGCC was honored to have previously hosted Dr. Kissinger as a keynote speaker at the 2017 Lunar New Year of the Rooster Gala.
