CGCC-USA’s membership consists of more than 1500 Chinese companies, including 40 Fortune 500 Companies. These companies have created or retained more than 200,000 American jobs in just the past ten years alone.
CGCC’s Chicago Chapter covers nine states in the Midwest—Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin—and represents close to 200 Chinese companies. From 2000 to 2015, Chinese companies have invested $12.8 billion in those nine states, creating 28,400 local jobs. Nearly 3000 of these jobs were created just last year.
