On August 17, 2023, CGCC and EY successfully co-hosted a networking luncheon with the theme of 'Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Women in the Workplace' at the EY headquarters in New York City. Over 20 CGCC and its member companies’ guests attended the event, engaging in discussions about their career journeys, challenges of working overseas, tips on summer wellness and workplace attire, and insights on the recent blockbuster 'Barbie' movie.

During the event, Ms. Xiaoqing ZHANG, a partner at EY and head of EY’s Americas China Overseas Investment Division, delivered a speech. She shared EY’s efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion and encouraged women in the workplace to strive for sustainable career development.
