CGCC hosts Navigating New U.S.-China Business Frontiers - The Path Forward 2024 in San Fransisco   featured image

On Friday, October 18th, 2024, China General Chamber of Commerce-USA (“CGCC”), CGCC Foundation, along with co-hosts China Mobile International (USA) Inc. and the Chinese Enterprise Association Inc., hosted “Navigating New U.S.-China Business Frontiers - The Path Forward 2024” in the greater San Fransisco area.  

The event, which is part of The Path Forward series, convened over 50 members of the U.S.-China business communities and delved into the topics of U.S.-China trade, compliance, and branding challenges and opportunities for Chinese businesses in the U.S.

The event opened with brief remarks from the event emcee, Sophia Su, President of China Mobile International (USA) Inc. 

Jianmin Zhang, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco, gave special remarks at the event.

Consul General Zhang’s remarks were followed by opening remarks from CGCC Chairman and President and CEO of Bank of China U.S.A., Wei Hu.

Abby Li, Director of Corporate Communication and Research at CGCC presented some of the key findings and takeaways from the CGCC 2024 Annual Business Survey Report on Chinese Enterprises in the U.S. at the event.
